I was charged $25 for cancelling a hotel reservation minutes after I made it. I noticed I made a mistake on the dates and would have been happy to make a new one with the correct dates. I sent several email stating my position but was told I was committed and should have known better. I made a stupid mistake and paid the price. Other companys allow changes to reservations and have very similar rates for hotels etc. People should be warned of the danger in dealing with this company.
