This company starts out by lying to you. They contact you shortly after you register for a convention and say they are representing the conference organizer to make hotel reservations. Turns out they have nothing to do with the conference. They lock you in with non-refundable reservation at rack rates and then have the nerve to charge $48 PER NIGHT in non-refundable booking fees. Stay clear, they are the worst company to deal with. Briam Williams is the supervisor but he won't even take you phone calls. They refuse to meet with you and refer you to their lawyer if you ask for your money back when you uncover their fraud.
