On an RCI Timeshare cruise taken this past spring to Europe for a special occasion, my husband & I were promised a very large suite & picture window. Well, I think we landed the worst cabin on the ship. Not only was it the standard small cabin where it was situated, every time it docked in a different country, we would anxiously pull the curtain back, only to have our view blocked by tall buildings on the pier obstructing our view of the city. We also foumd out after talking to a few other passengers that we paid $4-500 dollars more. When I called to complain back home & encouraged a 3-way phone call with the travel agent, she said they record randomly & it wouldn't be necessary. She got back & said she didn't hear any promise of a large suite, only that it was a special ocassion... How predictible! This will be Our first & last cruise with Resort Condominiums International. We'll just stick to the hassle of the RCI Time Share travel hassle on land!
