WP Grembowicz came into my store, sold 2 packages, called to use, never called back after a week, called again, got a hold of someone, took info, told would contact within a 2 day period, never called back, called third time, told would get someone to call you, then got email...
All our room allotments for the dates requested were full. Unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill your request. It is our policy, to offer a refund, if we are unable to secure reservations, within the seven day notice period.
If you would like a refund please advise by email or you may reschedule.
