A high pressured salesperson named Flower cold called my home with an offer for a $1200 cruise for $500 plus $149 port fees. The funds were withdrawn from my account immediately.

Illness prevents me from travel and when contacted, First Class Vacations of boca Raton, FL refuses to refund my money. The cruise was with Carnival Cruise Lines leaving out of Miami FL.

I need my money and any reputable company would refund if their services were not rendered.
