1. I was contacted by a marketing co. Saying that I won 2 free airline tickets to anywhere in the continental US. I would cost $50.00 to use the tickets and I had to attend a presentation. Result - It would have cost me $300 to use the tickets that were only good for 6 locations and basically a fly out and back over 3 days trip. I wrote a complaint letter, and Scott called me and say on my voice mail that they have no control over the marketing group, it is a separate company, but he would send me a new voucher that would not cost me any money. That was a month ago and I have not received a voucher. They also said the company was sold and gave me a contact number of 888-459-6655.
2. During the presentation they told us all these fabulous deals we could have and that they are a member of BBB. They are not, and the BBB does not care that they use their name.
3. The deals were thousand of dollars. I did not want to spend that type of money, but would like to travel more. So, Bill offered me a trial deal to the tune of $1,294.00. He said with the trial deal I could not rent any condos, but would have full access to the other functions. Results—Not true. I waited almost a month to get an access code to a different travel site. Travel Services Deals at 400 Kennet Pike, Suite 134-678, Greenville, DE 19807. I was originally told there serve phone service agents to help me plan my trip (not true). I could book at car (not true) and air fare (not true) through the site. I phone the number I had for them and then wrote a complaint letter to Travel Serives Deal. They said they don't have my money and they are not responsible for what resort connections says or does.
4. My credit card was cleared through Physicians Weight Loss Clinic, 2235 S. 108th St., West Allis, Wi 53227 414-545-6703.
5. I called the number Scott gave me 888-459-6665 and asked to speak with him. That was around June 10th or 17th. I was told he was out and another, unnamed man, spoke to me. He refused to give me a refund, but said he would send me the information to access the Resort connection site. That has not happened.
6. Basically this is a scam. I was fed a bunch of lies and I keep getting lied to. I should have been smarter and never signed up. I am not getting the services they said I would with Travel Services Deal. No one is responsible for anything anyone says. No one has the money. The company was sold between the time I signed up and complained. It took a month to get an access cold for Travel Services Deal and in that time my credit card bill had arrived and was paid. There is no address on the myresortconnections.com website. I've tried reserve phone number look ups, but I come up empty. They put nothing in writing so it is just he said, she said.
