Customer Service is horrible!

I am in the centre of the 3-week-long customer support situation with Travelocity, and I have to state that their customer support program is terrible, and due to that, as time goes on I'd just employ Travelocity like a final resort.

What happened in my own situation is the fact that I created a resort reservation although Travelocity, and upon check in, the resort offered me prices diverse from what Travelocity cited me.
