I am also an victim by this travel agencies. I booked ticket through Vikram Chaudhary. I am in CA so I always talked with him over phone. Sometime he picked up phone and sometime PAM picked up phone. I saw his ad in INDIA WEST and INDIAN EXPRESS local news paper in CA. I paid him full money which they asked me for itenary which they sent me on May 3rd morning. I paid them money $2600 for Emirates flight from Delhi to SFO. Dates are May17 to Set18 2010.
They sent me itinerary with wrong personal information. When I talked to Emirates that said all information are wrong and next day again when I talked to Emirates, they said that they have canceled this booking because of fraud Credit card information. I called him many times same day but each time he said that he is sending new ticket but I did not get back anything from him. I asked him to return back my money. And provided all my account details. But after following him up many days, all sudden one Monday he disconnected his phone. Then immediately I made a complain in BBB, NJ Consumer Affairs and Fremont, CA police.
