My Wife and I visited the Wholesale Resort Services office in Las Vegas earlier this month. We are LONG TIME Timeshare owners of 5 weeks. We were invited to attend a seminar for "Tuning UP" our timeshare ownership. We were very skeptical but accepted the invitation as they indicated they could trade some of our weeks into their RCI Points program. We were told that we could redeem our weeks into their RCI Point system. We were completely lied to.in fact, several weeks after our purchase, my wife called RCI and they explained to us that they have no record of us as platinum members nor had they heard of "Wholesale Resort Services". I can't believe my wife and I had fallen for this. My wife and I wish to do what we can to help spread the word about this complete scam of an operation. This experience has cost us thousands of dollars of which we probably won't see a dime of. You've been warned...
