I was called by a travel plus telemarketer and was offered a unsecured credit card with a limit of $2,500. I was not told that what I was actually ordering was some worthless travel package as they came off as being a credit card company only. Money was taken out of my savings account for the so called processing fee as they had told me and shortly after the package arrived. On that same day I came to find that there was no credit card at all and that they had coned me into buying something I would never waste money on in my right mind.
I called up the texas office who had billed me and was told to mail the package to the texas address you have on file. The refund was suppose to arrive within 10 days from the date the package gets there. I waited 3 weeks to find that their address had changed and they did not leave a new one. It took me alot of calls to find this out as travel plus did not tell me anything about it and i had to get my information from the people who were actually getting the mail.
It took about another 2 weeks for the package to get back to me and at that time I started to become very angry with the sales reps who continued to give me the runaround. Finally I was given a new address for a company called CCST at 2780 east Fowler, Tampa FL 33612. On 12-11 I sent the package the final time to that address by express overnight delivery through the usps tracking # ER495271571US.
The package arrived without a problem on the next day. The package was signed for by a K TOPE according to the usps tracking information. They now said that it would take up to 60 days for a refund and of course at this point I was outraged. I made copys of all the documents contained in the package just in case they tryed something like this. I have been told by ccst that they no longer deal with travel plus. I would like to write more but I am not able to. Please do something about this company below I have listed the numbers i have been given for them. 416-480-1699 416-921-3628 866-849-1643
I wish to see a refund but above all I am going to see that this company will never be able to do this again. I have read other reports of the same exact thing from other people who delt with travel plus. I would like to be refunded quickly and see travel plus and their "protection conpany" CCST put out of business for good. I will be reporting this matter to everything I know of in every format I can. I will try to file suit aginst both companys is you cant complete what ive asked.

Also i would like to add that anyone else who has had this problem with them to come out and speak your mind as its the only way I can obtain more information on this huge scam they have pulled and bring them down (and kick the ass of that sales rep in texas for out and out lying to me through his teeth.
