We too fell into the Travelbridge scam. We've been "members" for about a year and have yet to successfully use their service. Then they insult you by billing you for your yearly membership. Our "free" trip had us leaving at some wild early morning hour and coming back like at 6 in the morning. We would have had less than 10 hours at our destination. Their story was the charter had cancelled. We've filed with Better Business Bureau in Fort Worth but Travelbridge did not respond. Wish we had filed a dispute with our credit card company sooner. I tell any and everyone that will listen to steer clear of this company.
