Whenever I buy a ticket they charge shipping fee, and i always have to call them for its refund. Same time, they raise the fares or change the ticket without notifying the travelers. I have had worst experiences with them.in addition, they got WORST customer service, who are rude, and never listen to your request. They hung up on me couple of times as well.
