Have been charged 250 pounds for failed booking

Traveloge wesbite declined my Axis Bank debit card twice. Yet, I can see a deduction of full charge of the hotel from account TWICE.

Its a debit account.

Unless, you declare, that you want the bank to revert the amount (TWICE), I wouldnt be able to get the money.

British telecom people are regular users of your account.

Third time, I have booked the same hotel room with my AMEX card.

Transaction date: 28th April

Amount: INR 15478.18 (INR 7739.09 was charged twice, which is approx 250 pounds)
First 10 digits of card number: 4688 0524 60
Expiry date: 07/19
I have attached the online statement from my bank for your reference.

I need the refund of INR 15478.18 (approx 250 pounds). I have not been able to book the hotel, my card was declined by your site and yet, it was charged for the full hotel one night cost twice.

Kindly let me know how and when you refund my account.
