I called in at 10-11pm and confirmed with a front desk clerk that we would be arriving early for check in and confirmed our room. We were told our rooms were not ready. The manager was being rude. He told us the rooms were not available until 12pm. Carl, the manager, told us to sit in the lobby until the rooms are available. We had to wait 5 hours! I called customer service and spoke to a lady that started yelling at me. She did not want to transfer me to a supervisor. She transferred me to a man called Dale True. He stated the Marriotts rules and regulations. The manager and Dale True told me that they had given our reservations to people that had arrived before us! If they had given our rooms to other people then what happened to their rules and regulations? The rules don't apply to them, only me and my group?
