Diamond Resorts has taken 4000 points fully paid without explanation, we have not been able to resolve this issue for a year. This company is a total scam. For the points that were taken and the skyrocketed maintanence fees we could have taken an extravegant vacation. Beware of this company. If anyone has any ideas on how to stop this company from ripping others off I would appreciate any ideas.
