I had reservations and upon arriving they denied that reservations were made... Although I had a paper printout and paid a deposit. Next, they denied that there was a free shuttle available. They insisted we pay $70 for the "free on demand shuttle." Next, they made mistakes on billing. We gave alternate credit cards and they billed all the credits cards given to them - not the one they were supposed to bill. Upon leaving they say "you owe nothing." No explanation. They billed the wrong cards. The "free shuttle" we paid for turns out to be one way only; no return ride. They did not give any receipts or ask for any signatures for the credit card authorizations. Numerous calls were made to the manager and no responses, no apologies, no adjustments. The clerks could barely speak English. The clerks tried constantly to contact the manager who was unresponsive.
