Filty hotel room

I had reservations for a room at this ramada for 2/19. I check in approx 6pm. Went shopping across street from hotel at arizona mills, came back went to room. When i pull the bed spread back on the bed, i noticed spots on inside lining of the spread which was dried buggers, then there was a large, brown cirle spot on the lining also (dried pop stain).in the vanity area, the sink didn't have stopper & there was lots of grud inside, (chips of soap and crud)... Sink was stopped up. The on/off knobs on sink had top off them and inside was filled with soap water. Between the two knobs and the fosset, was brown crud (filt) buildup. The bathroom was filty (walls were filty with dirt streaks, candy spots, etc. Base boards were filled with dirt buildup. Back of br door had white powder all over it. Chrome shower rod and towel rack had black dirt spots all over them... They were so dirty until the steam from shower had rolled them together into a circle. Shower head was filty and had finger spots all over it from prior guests. The tub stopper had crud all over it. The toilet bowl lid was filty and had mildew all around it. The toilet seat was filty with crud/mildew buildup on back of it (where the clamps are holding down the toilet seat. At this point, i decided i couldn't stay there and called the front desks. She informed me that she was the only one there, housekeeping had gone home for the day, the manager wouldn't be in until next day and she didn't have any more rooms to swap me out. I got my belongings and went to front desk and checked out. Next day 2/20, i called ramada to speak with manager, he hadn't come in... Next time i called him, he had gone for that day. Today (2/21) i called and left message... He didn't return my call so i called again at 2:15 pm, spoke with the manager (izzy) and explained why i was calling and would like my money returned. He asked me to hold. I held for approx 10 minutes then i was switched over to his voice machine. I called back and talked with him. He told me that he couldn't give my money back because i had checked in at 6:00pm and didn't check out until 9:30pm. I checked in at 6:00pm before i went shopping because i know the room wasn't guarnteed past 6pm and when i returned from shopping is when i went into the room and noticed all the filt.
