There is a call from the Holiday Escrow Services that Enterprise Corporate Resale had paid a $2379.96 Mexican tax on the sale and the Mexican government would not accept from the corporation and it must be paid be the individual seller of the property. Like a dummy I paid the money. Repeat the above sentence but this time it was a Mexican Administration Fee of $1730.88. There was $25.00 Wire Transfer fee for the above 2 transactions. There has been no communication with either company since Feb. 9. I doubt if there will be any communications with you either. This covered 2 week period.
