My family and I stayed at the Blakeslee Inn in PA and the man that helped us at the front desk was named John Soran, he was the rudest person I have ever encountered at a hotel. His eyes looked glazed over as if he had been drinking everything we asked him he answered with an attitude. Besides his lack of professionalism the food wasn't that great either. I could have dealt with the food but dealing with him put this place over the top for making me never want to return again. I spoke with other travelers that were there the sametime and they shared my feelings you can always deal with not having the most culinary experience but when the service completely sucks it is a complete turn offand at that point all you want to do is leave and even cut your trip short if you have to. My suggestion is if the BlakesleeInn wants to stay in business they need to get rif of people like this John Soran and they will be doing a whole lot better.
