They are scamming foreigners by offering them vacation club promotions and making various promises. But when you can cell they will give you the run a round saying that due to currency laws and accounting problems they cannot refund you the monies. They will then play back and forth with you saying that they will have the check signed within specific dates and when you call them its another story. Finally they will tell you that you must appear in person otherwise they cannot process your refund. This is very intimidating specially if you are unfamiliar with the area. We were taken advantage of $600.00 and have the proof that they were to give us those monies back but failed to to so.
