Having a -full house - I'm always on the lookout for great deals. I've attended many sales presentations just to recieve the free gift; many of which have been free trips which I'v taken and been well pleased. So when Baby Tenda offered a free trip to attend a sales event my daughter and I went along just for the free gifts.
Mini Vacations, Inc. Brochure instructed me to Activate Now! I did this and recieved more instruction on making reservations. I followed all instructions 1,2, 3!
1. Fill out vacation planning form.
2. Attach refindable room guarantee deposit—$50.00 $20.00 to include children.
3. Mail to: Mini Vacations, Inc.
After only a few weeks I recieved my check back and a letter stating the 3 Locations I selected were not available on any of the 3 dates I had selected. I would have to make new selections.
Again this was common for these types of promotional offers. I again made new choices and sent the form with check attached and waited to recieve confirmation.
I recieved a bank statement showing my check had cleared and was excited that my reservation would soon be recieved. Four weeks later I still have not recieved my confirmation and two of my selected dates have past.
The only way to contact Mini Vacations, Inc. Is by mail and my vacation dates will have past while I'm wating for a response.
