If you value your hard earned funds, do not use spirit air. They use deceptive practices and when you try to cancel, they will not let you and won't let you change names either. To further the pain, they will not refund your money either, they credit to future flights like anyone wants to fly with a stealing fraudulent company. I am trying to get a class action lawsuit filed.
