Spirit Air uses some borderline unconventional methods for securing authorization to automatically re-enroll people into their 'Club Spirit' program. I had absolutely no intention of signing any such PERPETUAL AGREEMENT. I believe this practice should be investigated by the FBI. Furthermore, even though I have not taken advantage of any of their Club's benefits, Spirit refused to grant a refund of any amount, but said they would apply it towards one more flight - which I am NOT interested in (I decided on my first flight that would NEVER fly this airline again). The federal government should step-in and investigate the disgusting practices of this airline.
