I placed a reservation online using a credit card to secure the reservation. The website offers a 20% discount for cash payment, which is the option I chose. An acknowledgment email confirming payment to be made in cash was sent back. Everything went well with the service itself, however, the credit card was charged $96.50 approx 2 weeks after the service. There has been no response to the 3 inquiries I have made since this happened.
