I was staying at the hotel when I left my room to go to another hotel and I left my eye glasses which I had just gotten on the 30Th day of June. Upon return the eye glasses were gone and my bed was remaid but I decided to pull the sheets and check the bed again and when I looked at the bottom of the footrest of my bed I saw my bed sheets which presumed to have been changed but to my astonishment I saw the same sheets on the bed due to the fact that my top sheet was stained from a soda I opened that had over flown and dripped on the sheets while I was grabbing paper towels. The stained sheeets had been turned to the bottom of the bed and made to look as if my bed was actually made up and cleaned! And still after my compaint the bed weren't changed they were just left there fo me to continue sleeping on dirty sheets. The management of the hotel was off for the entire weekend and I was informed that they were not returning until after I checked out on Tuesday as I was to check out on Monday July 5Th of 2010. I later told the new hotel clerk who came on for the evening shift that she needed to call her manager at hhome because I was upset that I was left waiting for several hours and that no one in managment acknowlegde waht was happenning to me nor did they seem to care so I was going to call the Boston Police Dept. It wasn't until later at 9pm that the Manager named; Erika or Erica called me in my room #709 to tell me she was sorry after I missed my convention and meeting which I traveled for from Missouri. The Manager Erica or Erika asked me not to report this to the police but yet I was left without eye glasses and no one in the hotel ever made this right! I took pictures of my bed stains and of the room as the floors were not cleaned & it even seemed as if there were mice drippings in a corner of the bath room although I was not going to touch it but I took pictures!
