I called Priceline against my better judgment, but I called anyway. I finally got tickets for myself and children, although this was my mistake, I used one of my sons name twice, I called priceline just to have the name edited so that the correct name would name would appear, the young women named Victoria told me that she could not edit the name and that I would need to cancel the reservation. I told her that I did not want to do that. I aksed her if I left the resevation as is would my son be able to board the plane, her reply was "NO" and the best thing to do is to cancel.

I asked numerous occassions, are you sure, after being told that I had no choice thus being forced to cancel, I had not choice only to be advised that I would be losing $30.00. I spoke with a customer relations, I guess supervisior, he then told me that he listen to the tape and I agreed to the cancelation. I told him that did not agree to this, that hw was only listening the portion of the tape. I asked him you tell me what could I do, my son would not be able to get on the plane, (leaving me no otpion), if I did not cancel, I would lose all of my money!

Then I requested a number and they refused to give it to me. I did find the corporate address. I forced to cancel and treat very unfairly.
