Vacation Specialist My business Purchased 3 pkgs - Now will not return phone calls or emails - no response

We purchased 3 "vacation" pkgs with promise of 3 day resort vacations. We've been trying to set up a vacation and Bill will not return calls, or otherwise contact us to set up the first of the three package vacations. So I started looking online to find any information, such as another phone number (maybe the phone changed), and I find the Fraud Alert Rip OFf report on Bill. So it seems I've been ripped off, too!
Should have known better...
