After speaking with a rep. From Carrabean Cruise Lines, she suggested I pay for an upgraded balcony room since the room included was an inside cabin with top and bottom beds. She explained that we would have a balcony to see the water and side by side twin beds. The room I received was a room with a window that I could hardly see out of with one double bed. I did not appreciate being lied to. There were no balcony rooms on the dillapidated ship and I would never suggest anyone ever take this cruise. It only got worse from my first impression!
