Wonderland hotels
I booked hotel room in Manchester uk which I cancelled. I was told my card would be refunded. I called them by phone and e-mail and was told each time it would be done on wednesday which never happene

I booked hotel room through wonderlandhotels.com which I had to cancel.

I called them and they told me I would get a full refund which would take ten days.

When the refund did not arrive I phoned them and was told there was a problem with their bank and it would happen on wednesday. Of course it never did. I have given up after two months same answer each time (It will be done on wednesday) The last few e-mails they did not even bother to answer.
