DO NOT BUY from them. We sat down for a presentation, and decided to buy a vacation member ownership. We specifically asked about our rights to cancel the contract and their standing with the Better Business Bureau. They stated they had an impecable record, and explained our rights of rescinding the contract—and that we had three full days. That evening we accessed the BBB records and found they had a terrible record with many unresolved complaints. We followed their procedures, to the letter. However, we purchased discount tickets as part of the presentation package. Even though these tickets were returned to them unused, they said we could not cancel because we had used the benefits of the club. This was just a tactic to hook you. Thousands have complained. A class action lawsuit has been filed by a Branson attorney representing several hundred dissatified customers. This company is a real sham, don't attend their presentations, and definitely do not buy from them without checking with the BBB and the Missouri Attorney General's office to learn about their terrible track record.
