The travel agency takes advantage of thier members and passangers by over charging them if the make mistakes on thier reservations. If passangers miss thier flight, the airlines charges the passangers triple what the passenger paid for the original ticket.in addition to over charging they will not credit passangers any money and will charge them for thier lugage twice. The representatives are rude and will hang up on customers if they request to speak to a supervisor. I was told by one representative that I did not have the right to speak to someone in a higher position then them, which I think as a PAYING customer I have every right to spoke to a supervisor.
