I purchased a ticket on 01/30 using my credit card for flight when look at confirmation realized error was on 2/7 never look at because flight was not for me. I spent 1 hour wpeaking with customer service represenative leon smith who was very rude told me nothing i could do to change reservation or no price i could pay to modify just lost my money and would need to buy another ticket asked for his supervisor and was told one not available. I called back and spoke with jadan who was a lot better but nothing he could do but put me with a supervisor who essentially told me i lost my money and he was sorry to call credit card company and cancel payment. I would never do business with a company this is so unflexible they can not make changes when mistakes are made and they don't even let you pay to modify it absurd and they get to keep you money for free. Spirit airlines can rest assured i will never use there services and i will tell everyone i know about this incident.
