I hired a house from Charles Wiebe in March, for my child's wedding. The house itself was excellent, using the exclusion of some electric issues, along with a storage high in crap that didn't permit keeping extra outside furniture to create method for wedding platforms, etc. The thing is using the operator, Charles Wiebe, that has an office within the rental home, and remains out and in of it all the time of your day and evening as the tenant (s) are remaining there, without permission or notice. He likewise "sprang up" many times in the wedding and also the night party without permission or notice. A number of my visitors discovered it instead unpleasant and "weird". After making the home, I've attempted on several events to get my refundable deposit to no avail. The man simply doesn't reply any telephone calls or emails. I've been approached by different events who've, or are experiencing exactly the same problems. Renter Beware!
