On December 17th I created a resort reservation with this site for January 9th, one-night in Greenville, NC. Strangely enough, my charge card was billed that exact same evening for $89.61.
On January 8th I ended the reservation at 8:33 AM. Their site claims you have to stop no later than 12:00 noon your day prior to the reservation to get a return. I had been nicely inside the time period.
I received a verification mail of the reservation having a cancellation amount. On January 9th, I examined my charge card to determine easily have been acknowledged the $89.61 I had been billed. It just stands to cause when it requires them five minutes to cost your credit card, it willnot consider any more to credit your card. But there is no credit to my charge card.
And So I sent them a contact and nicely requested where my credit was. Who owns the organization, Melissa Halliburton responded that it "usually requires 5 - seven days to get a reimbursement to look in your creditcard." That is excellent, I spend attention about the cash for one more week.
Well, that extra week passed but still no credit. I delivered another mail towards the operator, Melissa Halliburton which time-my mail goes overlooked. So here we proceed, today I've to go through all of this trouble to obtain my money-back, that the operator has recognized I'm owed.
Do Not conduct business with one of these individuals. This can be a ripoff. I have created resort concerns several, many occasions and not has my charge card actually been billed at that time of the reservation. Usually your card is not billed before you get to the resort and sign in.
