We all need to file a class action lawsuit against this company. I suggest in order to get a response from Royal Holiday is to file a complaint on website and provide Royal Holidays email address in the appropriate space. Everytime someone views your page, and there are alot of complaints, an email is sent to Royal Holiday. They are bombarded with complaints and my experience is they do try to resolve the problem if you post on this site. All the problems are the same but you can get some resolution if they are being bombarded by emails from this site. Good Luck.
