For the 4th of july me and my family took a trip to Miami, and stayed at the days inn of south beach. They claim to have beach access, yeah if you count having to walk down to the public access, because they have a fence around the property you can see the beach from the pool behind the fence.
Parking!!! They don't have ANY, we had to ride in circles for an hour waiting for a parking space over at the public beach so we could walk to the hotel, and parking costed $6 per day tickets sold at the front desk?
Then... The room oh my god yuck the frame on my bed was soooo broke along with a couple of springs, it made a loud thonk when you move just a little. I've seen better beds at the salvation army/side of the highway. We had a nice view of a construction site and alottttttttt of homeless. Oh and the elevator did not work the whole stay (3days) and we were on the 8th floor. The people at the front desk were mean and wouldn't do any if you did not give them a little something ($20).
