My mom and i had gone to North beach at Lake Michigan in South Haven, pulled in. I took a random picture of the parking attendants car which was right next to where we had parked while i waited for my mom to fold 5 1 dollar bills a certain way to get into the small slots they have you put them into. My picture was taken at 3:01 the ticket was given at 3:04. LOL! The parking attendant looked at us as we walked away from the money box we had stood at putting money in. We come back from a day at the beach to find this ticket saying we now owe 10.00 because we "didn't" pay when she watched us put the money in. I e-mailed the city of South Haven the pictures for proof and a letter which was in no way nasty. They rejected my e-mail and will not answer my phone calls. They really need to stop ripping people off.
