In it was decided by Andre Muran and his associates that they would pull off a huge scam called "Elevations Resort"
Money was spent developing a fancy website, 3D animation of the "resort" and promotion in and around the Canmore area was heavy. Chateau World members were told that they had an oportunity to shift investments from Chateau World to Elevations and many people began investing tens of thousands each.
Suddenly, the website is up - but the contact numbers are not in service. The email addresses are bouncing and nobody knows how to contact anyone at "Elevations" to see about the deposits they paid.
Andre Muran is the named director of Elevations Resort, although his son Theodore is presented in the video on their website as the director.
The whole resort was never more than the fancy website and 3D animation of the resort.
Nothing was ever built. The money was taken and that was the end of that.
