Was charged 49.94 for website i was unable to download, called and emailed and have recieved no help

I was wanting to download music and the website i tried to download didnt download at all. So i thought i would try later and 4 days later there was a charge of 49.94 on my bank account. I emailed the website alsl called the number my bank gave me and left a message. Nobody has called me back or emailed me it has been 15 days.
