Do not want it but don't know how to cancel!

Received brochure in email that states I'm an associate of National Discretion and providing savings on al types of material and free gasoline. I don't need these savings or the free gasoline. It seems like they've provided mean account number and you will be getting on my charge card! I simply don't understand how to stop some of this!
