I too became a victim of Ramada Plaza Resorts yesterday and like many of the other stories I have come across, found out too late about their methods. Now I did call yesterday to cancel since it was still in the 3 day grace period. My husband also called later in the day because he was not here to agree to the whole deal.
We were both promised that the money would be refunded to our credit card within 7-10 days. Of course we weren't given confirmation numbers and were told that a confirmation card would be sent to us by mail. I have read others saying they did the same thing but nobody has updated to say if they did recieve the refund or not.
So please let us know if the company came through for you or if they gave you more of a runaround! I'd also like to fax the company with my request of cancellation as well so that I have a "copy" of this just in case. If anybody has a fax number I'd appreciate it! Thank you so much!
