In Dec. I purchased some ink from allyoucanink.com. Big mistake! Come to find out June.
A few days ago i received a package addressed from EUniverse, Inc 11240 Playa CT Culver City, California 90230.
The package contained a card, 2 papers and a booklet.
The main paper said i had agreed to their trial membership when i purchased ink from allyoucanink.com. Which i do NOT remember doing. Afterall i was there to buy ink not a trial membership.
This paper informs me that after my 30 day membership is up that i will be billed $99.00 annually for their membership (which i didnt sign up for)
It goes on to say how you can cancel via website. So, i go there and cancel not once but 5-6 times. No response at all from them, They email me and tell me my membership is drawing near and that i will be billed 99.00 if i dont cancel before then. I again try to cancel. And after that i hit reply and write them back, being its the only email i had. Still no response.
I go back to this cancel webpage and read about their cancellation. Turns out. If youve already received the card, then you have to send the card back before they will refund your money. Yet you dont know your a member until you get the card. (Intresting and i might add they send the package and u have to sign for it. Funny. I started getting emails about the time i signed for the package. Trapped? Yep!) Then they will refund your membership fee less whatever they decide their fees are.

Cancellations made AFTER your thirty (30) day FREE Trial Period will be issued a US$99 credit less US$30 to recover our added online service costs due to failure to cancel during the ample 30-Day Trial period plus seven (7) days of grace allowed for receipt.
Cancellations AFTER the thirty (30) day FREE Trial Period WITHOUT return of our Membership materials will result in a $99 credit issued to your credit card less US$20 merchandise cost plus the US$30 service cost: US$50 total.
I have tried to contact allyoucanink.com. Surprising isnt it. I havent gotten a email back from them either. Good Businesses or Bad? You Decide!!!
