Do not waste your money. Do not buy into their high pressure sales. The 'actual value' of the property is only 10% of the price you are paying. Plus the maintenance fees occur yearly even on the bi-annual package. Here is an email received from Carrie at Sedona pines: (note: The price I paid is 12,000. I am still paying on the loan as you can see in the email below)
Hello Mr. Xxxxxxxxxx,
The developer is offering ten percent of the original purchase price at this time to purchase the timeshare back from you. At this time the offer Will be $1179.50 and because there is a $50.00 late charge on your maintenance fee account that will be deducted from the offer. The offer would be $1129.50. The balance will need to be paid in full. The buy back will have to be completed after paid off and before August 1st as maintenance fees are due and the $460.00 would be deducted from the offer if not paid. A side note, They do not care about customer satisfaction. I have let them know numerous times I was not happy about the previous arrangement. Has anyone contacted me to see of this can be resolved? No!
