My renewal to Travelbridge was coming up when I found the on-line report from the Attorney General of Texas: (http://www.texasinternetbureau.com/newspubs/releases0215travelbridge.htm). This report sums up the complaint nicely.
Travelbridge has closed the Tucson office and now offers no advantage over other on-line travel agents that I can see.indeed, I can find better deals myself, despite having been told that I would be receiving reduced Travel Agent rates. For this I paid $2500 two years ago, which is less than some other people, apparently.
If texans can win a lawsuit, then we in Arizona should be able to as well. I'm not sure how to go about it, but count me in if it ever happens.
