I was coming back from an international flight to reconnect at fort lauderdale fll airport to atl. Up on arrival the employees insist that I stand in the international line to reconnect to my flight, by the time I got the correct information it was too late because my flight was at 4: pm. An employee rushed me to the line but it was too late, I was told to go rebook. The cashier told me I had to pay $174 for the new ticket, I request to speak to a supervisor, his name is spencer he told me the best he could do is $201. I told him about the previous offer that I got he walked away, after about hour and half he came back but the cashier took off with my information, he said I had to wait. I waited for a good 45 minutes and ask an other cashier to chase him for me, she did bring him back, to ease my pain he blamed the cashier I was working with said don't worry you will never see her again. To make a long story short I paid $157 with just about three hours in line after they fed me misinformation. I went back to see if his words had any meaning the cashier was working. It was degrading, humiliating, and frustrating to say the least, the service was less than a third world country. I will never flight spirit again and I hope you do the same.
