I made a reservation over a month in advance near Disneyland and received a confirmation that read "Secure Reservation - Confirmation".
We were celebrating my husband's 64th birthday.
When we arrived at the hotel, we had no reservation. I could not find any way to contact these people as their location appears to be top secret!
Fortunately for us the hotel made it right (for a slightly higher rate), and even upgraded our room for CheapRooms.com error.
They nearly ruined our birthday celebration vacation and I will never use their unethical site again.
When I returned home, there was no notification from them stating my room was not confirmed.
After trying many, many avenues to contact them, I was unsuccessful as they have managed to "stay hidden", which is another reason to not trust them or do business with them.
