Avoid this group at all costs folks when you are considering renting cabins in the Gatlinburgh area.
My family rented two cabins from them the end of june. We spent over $1500.
I decided to take my girlfriend back up for three days in July. On the day we were heading out, we had a family emergency that diverted us to Ohio. "You didn't have trip insurance so we rebate nothing".
I asked them if I could take that payment and apply it to other days. NO!
It is a one and out scam folks... If I were you I would check for other companies in the area and avoid this one like the plague... Customer retention means nothing to them.
