This company is continuing to send out phony "free travel" invitations. Mine was received in an official looking envelope with dire warnings about interfering with its delivery.
Although they don't say the tickets are free, they do say they are a gift. The exact wording is, "Our Promotional Department has scheduled you to receive TWO ROUND TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS TO ANY MAJOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IN THE CONTINENTAL USA. To claim this special gift simply call..."
There is nothing in the letter saying that the tickets are contingent on joining their travel club or sitting through an hour and a half of hard sell.
It seems that there is nothing to stop these people from just changing their name when too many complaints build up, and then just continuing with business as usual.
