Our travel benefits broker created the concerns to get a 2-night stay as of this hotel. Because I'm being compensated for that stay, I had been informed by my journey incentive broker that I'll not purchase the stay using the comprehending that I'll purchase any incidentals.
I had been reserved for July 27 and 29. This resort billed $172.78 to my credit without my understanding and agreement. The travel benefits broker created the scheduling in my own title plus they devoted to purchase it.
Why this resort charged my charge card without having my agreement is beyond me.
