We paid this company "a one-time fee" of $595 dollars to rent our timeshare. Two weeks ago I actually had an individual answer their phone, told me to call back at another time, when their call volume was less. I called today and both their Florida phone number and their toll-free number are disconnected.
Any information on this would be helpful. Are they scam-artists?
